i would say the sheer amount of people that want to be successful. thats the main holdback for people who actually want to shine.

I think it’s just that’s there so much talent out there, it’s hard to stand out and be a success. Wrestlers have to be unique to make it. They have to have the total package (wrestling skills, mic skills, charisma, entertainment, etc.) and most people don’t have all of the necessary skills. They may be really talented in the ring, but have no mic skills, or vice versa.

I should say that the right manager matters a whole lot in becoming a successful superstar. Like The Beatles ex-manager, Brian Epstien (gay). he was doing a great job in the beggining, but later later on lost them countless of millions of dollars.
plus, a superstar should ALWAYS KEEP A GOOD FRIENDSHIP, NOT RELAIONSHIP, WITH THEIR MANAGER! after The Beatles fired Brain Epstien (dead now), they found out that he had forged their signiture on some contract so that 10, 30, or 60% percent of all their income WENT TO HIM! I’m pretty sure that the contract was for five years and he died before it ended. but I know that it lasted five years.

anyways, I think another thing is whether or not the superstar is pursuing a singing career or acting career. Personally, I would start with muscials in school plays. (acting and singing!) and then you can decide which way to go.
If you choose singing, get into a church chior. get into BIG school talent shows because most likely someones going to be recording it. YOUTUBE!
if acting is your gift, have a friend or family memeber record you acting. once again, YOUTUBE!
and so on.
