I am just a competitions to the UK economies from Taiwan, I will answer Peter Jones question by asking him, how fast can you built Youtube or Facebook.-fast, so what! We win by Speed, Popularity and Volumes, once these are scored, you keep getting better, so together with the service provided with restaurants partner and the volume, it will be hard for competition to launch discount commission as strong or as meaningful to the restaurant clients or ordering customers.

When I said health tax, I meant the taxes pay for health care. In the case of health care, it is paid by the income tax. (at least in Ontairo).

The two idiots get naked and suck on Duncan’s cock while the other dragons masterbate and moan.Duncan vomits on them and smashes their faces together 40 times. As they lay on the floor dying pleading for an ambulance Duncan pisses on them and they drink it and then he shoots them.

@Sarah99ification Haha, I know what you mean, not only have I never heard someone say “eh”, which is actually just ending a declarative statement with a question which all cultures do in some form, but what really gets me is when people think we say “a-boot” instead of about. I have never in my life, whether on the T.V., radio or anywhere heard someone ever say “a-boot”. lol, Drives me mad!

@Cameraniac Dragons Den was actually “originally” from Japan, not the UK.

@Belayka The Dragons on the Canadian version of The Den are worth Billions, more than any Dragon on the UK version. Also two of the Dragons on the U.S. version(Shark Tank) are from the Canadian version. Ive seen every episode for the UK/Ireland/Canada an the Shark Tank. The only difference between the North American versions and the European versions are the differences in culture. While the Euro versions have a more wheeling an dealing vibe the North Americans are geared towards higher ratings.

@nairblin There is no “health tax” in Canada. There is one tax that the costs of health care are taken from. Just like in the States when you pay taxes the government uses that money to pay for things like roads, well its the same in Canada except they also pay for health care. Its not free, its not an illusion either, everyone knows the taxes pay for health care but there is no “health tax.”

@Belayka Did I mention the American version? Typical UK attitude grouping us with the Americans on everything. God forbid a show be both intellectual AND entertaining! Because apparently in the UK you’re saying, when it’s time for business it’s only business. Also you fail to realize that our show draws in non-business people, we like to teach those who are unfamiliar. My mother isn’t a business woman, but because of the entertainment value of the show, she has learned the business aspect.

I don’t know what health care has to do with Dragon’s Den, but Canadian health care isn’t free. You pay a health tax, or at least your parents do. It’s really an illusion, just like Public education. The education costs (ex. paying teachers) is paid through the property tax.
If you don’t believe me, you can read about it on:
rev.gov.on.ca/en/tax/eht/
However, it is “free” for immigrants because they don’t pay the same taxes that Canadian citizens do.

@thisisonlyatest1 Only the Canadians could turn a business investment program into something that has to be ‘entertaining’. Dragons den in the UK is aimed to those with general interest in business and investment, why should it need to make people laugh with stupid gags, cringe worthy presenting? I’ve seen the American version and it’s pretty shit because it’s a joke program and you wonder if it’s being shown on some comedy channel…its worse than Judge Judy
