I guess it would depend on who employs you. If you work for Starbucks, I don’t think you would get the Target employees’ discount. If however, you work for Target in their Starbucks booth, then I would say that the Target employees’ discount would apply, and may include Starbucks

You get no Starbucks discount as you are a Target employee, not a Starbucks employee. Target Starbucks are only licensed stores, they are not corporate stores, therefore they are staffed by the leasing company, in this case that would be Target.
