Frys is having a 2-day sale Wed/Thurs. The popular UN55D8000 Samsung TV with the free Blu-ray player and 2 pairs of glasses (not 4 pairs as offered elsewhere) is available for $1799+tax. Just did the in-store pickup so the deal is indeed live.
Strange note on Frys: Sales clerk and customer service tried to tell me all >50″ TVs *must* be delivered ($54-70 fee). Yet, they redirected me to a different Frys where I could do the in-store pickup.
